Most Common Issues

My game is crashing or I have other connectivity problems because of conflicting software.

I am having trouble connecting to games and I use a router or a modem/router combination.

I can't seem to connect to Relic Online, even though I have in the past.

Installation / Patching Issues

Opposing Fronts won't install, it hangs during the initial moments of installation and then closes down.

I cannot install the Direct2Drive version of Opposing Fronts on Windows Vista.

My Australian version of Opposing Fronts doesn't patch and/or I get an error while patching.

I cannot play the original CoH with Opposing Fronts installed. (Opposing Fronts deletes the CoH registry and file system on my computer)

Patch can not apply automaticaly

CD Key / Account

I have lost my original CD Key for CoH/CoH:OF/CoH:GOTY.

The CoH CD-check sees the first optical drive it comes across, and will not seek out the actual one containing the disc.

My account is banned.

I get error code 10006:00000017.

I get error code 10028.

I get error code 10041.

I get error code 10104.

I get the error, "Not a valid installation (Cannot Install: Error 10212 00000643)".

I get error code 10216.

I can't install the game due to an error message that says "Entry Point Not Found".
